How to Recharge with MySheba
Guide · Published August 15, 2026
Topping up a phone number back home shouldn't take five different apps. MySheba brings mobile recharge for eight countries into a single flow, with the exchange rate shown before you ever tap confirm.
Supported countries
MySheba recharge currently covers Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Indonesia, Pakistan, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Cambodia. Each country lists its major operators — for example Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Teletalk, and Airtel Bangladesh for Bangladesh numbers.
How the recharge flow works
- Pick a country. Choose the destination country for the number you're topping up.
- Choose the operator. Select the mobile network the number belongs to.
- Enter the number and amount. The app shows the live conversion rate before you confirm anything.
- Confirm and pay. Once confirmed, the recharge is processed and you'll see a confirmation in the app.
Why the rate matters
Currency conversion is one of the easiest places to get quietly overcharged. MySheba shows the live rate up front, at the point of confirmation, so there's no surprise between what you saw and what you paid.
Tips for a smooth recharge
- Double-check the recipient's number and country before confirming — recharges to the wrong number typically can't be reversed.
- Keep your MySheba wallet topped up in advance if you recharge regularly, so you're not blocked mid-transaction.
- Save frequently used numbers in the app to make repeat recharges faster.
