Supported Routes

Bus ticket booking primarily covers routes within Malaysia and cross-border services to Singapore and Thailand. Specific operators and routes depend on the partner platform selected:

  • Kuala Lumpur ↔ Singapore
  • Kuala Lumpur ↔ Penang
  • Kuala Lumpur ↔ Johor Bahru
  • Kuala Lumpur ↔ Kota Bharu
  • Inter-city routes within Peninsular Malaysia

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual ticketing partner and bus operator.
  • MySheba facilitates the transaction but does not control partner refund decisions.
  • Points deducted from your wallet are refunded only if the partner confirms cancellation eligibility.
  • Always review the partner's terms before confirming a booking.
