Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MySheba website (mysheba.top) and mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use MySheba. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

MySheba is a Technology Platform

MySheba is a technology platform that connects users to verified dealers and third-party service providers. We are not a bank, money services business, travel agency, or telecommunications provider. Financial and travel services are facilitated through licensed third parties.

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Wallet & Payments

  • Wallet top-ups are reviewed before crediting. Processing times may vary.
  • Wallet balances are for use within the MySheba app and are not interest-bearing.
  • All transactions are final once confirmed, subject to the refund policies of individual services.
  • If a transaction is cancelled by the service provider, or rejected by a dealer, the amount charged is returned to your MySheba wallet automatically. You do not need to request it.
  • If an outcome cannot be confirmed, the transaction is held for review and settled manually rather than refunded automatically, because the service may already have been delivered.
  • Refunds are returned to your MySheba wallet, not to a bank account or card.
  • You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance before submitting requests.

How Services Are Fulfilled

  • In Bangladesh, mobile recharge, internet and package purchases, and bill payment are sent automatically to a licensed API provider and usually complete within seconds.
  • For every other country, and for remittance and ticket bookings everywhere, your order is submitted as a request and handled manually by a verified dealer.
  • Dealers are independent contractors, not employees of MySheba.
  • MySheba moderates the dealer network but does not guarantee the outcome of every transaction.
  • Processing times and availability depend on dealer capacity and external factors, and on the API provider where one is used.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use MySheba for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app or its servers.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through MySheba services or support requests.
  • Use the app to harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on MySheba are the property of MySheba or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySheba shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of our services.
  • Delays or failures caused by third-party service providers or dealers.
  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySheba and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MySheba at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MySheba after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
