Train tickets on MySheba work the same way as flights: you submit what you need, and a verified dealer checks availability and books it for you — covering KTM Intercity services and select cross-border routes.

Booking process

  1. Submit an inquiry with your route, date, class preference, and passenger details.
  2. A dealer checks KTM availability and fare options.
  3. The dealer books the ticket and shares the e-ticket with you.
  4. Show your e-ticket at the station on travel day, and get departure reminders in the app.

Routes typically covered

Coverage includes major KTM Intercity routes in Peninsular Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur to Singapore via the KTM Shuttle Tebrau, Kuala Lumpur to Penang (Butterworth), Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu (Wakaf Bharu), Kuala Lumpur to Johor Bahru, and East Coast Line services. Availability follows KTM's own schedule and can be tighter during peak seasons.

Seat selection, refunds, and cancellations

Seat selection depends on what KTM has available at the time of booking — you can note a preference in your inquiry and the dealer will try to accommodate it. KTM's own cancellation policy applies, refund eligibility depends on how far ahead you cancel, and dealer service fees may not be refundable.
